Rent-A-Room General Features and Benefits:
1. Trial stays are welcome (minimal rental fees applied) up to maximum 7 nights for long term guests (one year and above).
2. Customize rental pricing for daily* and monthly stay. (*for selected apartment only)
3. Dining table, fridge, microwave*, and washing machine* provided in common area*. (*for selected apartment only)
4. Rent includes* gas, electricity & water, ceiling fan, and basic furnitures. (*excluding studio apartment)
5. Rooms are clean, tidy, and quite with Golf and Resort view*. (*Golf view only available at Casa Tropicana apartment).
6. Pest control every 3 months
7. Viewing of room is welcome (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY).
