Rent-A-Home General Features and Benefits:
1. Trial stays are welcome (minimal rental fees applied) up to maximum 7 nights for long term guests (one year and above).
2. Customize rental pricing for daily* and monthly stay. (*for selected apartment only)
3. Fully furnished safe & cosy : Sofa, dining table, fridge, microwave*, and washing machine*. (*for selected apartment only)
4. Rental fees NOT includes gas, electricity & water (*below 7 nights with RM10 allowance given per night).
5. Property is in clean, tidy, and quite with Golf and Resort view* (*Golf view only available at Casa Indah 1 & Casa Tropicana Block E apartment).
6. Pest control every 3 months.
7. Viewing of property is welcome (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY).
